How do I exchange my empty CO2 cylinders?
You can exchange your empty cylinders through our online exchange program or at a participating local retailer. When ordering online, we send you full cylinders along with a prepaid return label to send your empties back to us.
What is the difference between the Quick Connect and Screw-in cylinders?
The Quick Connect Cylinder features a pink handle and is designed for our newer machine models like the Terra and Art, allowing for easy one-click insertion. The Screw-in Cylinder has a blue wrap and is compatible with our classic machine models.
Are SodaStream bottles dishwasher safe?
Our 'Dishwasher Safe' marked carbonating bottles can be cleaned in the dishwasher. However, our classic BPA-free plastic bottles must be hand-washed with lukewarm water and should not be exposed to heat above 120°F (50°C).
What is your return policy for sparkling water makers?
We offer a 30-day risk-free trial. If you are not completely satisfied with your sparkling water maker, you can return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, provided it is in its original packaging.
How long does a single CO2 cylinder last?
One standard 60L cylinder can carbonate up to 60 liters of water, depending on the level of carbonation you prefer and the type of sparkling water maker you use.
Does SodaStream offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within the continental United States. Due to Department of Transportation regulations regarding compressed gas, we cannot ship CO2 cylinders via air freight or to international destinations.
