Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your sparkling water maker, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your purchase within 30 days of delivery. Please note that CO2 cylinders are final sale due to safety regulations and must be exchanged through our authorized refill program.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

  Pack Your Machine

  Securely place the SodaStream maker and any included accessories in their original packaging to ensure safe transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
